PRACTICAL POSSIBILITIES

What could this look like in your business?

Explore our solutions

Illustrative use cases — not customer case studies.

An internal knowledge assistant.

Help employees find answers in approved policies, procedures and internal guidance.

A proposal drafting assistant.

Create a first draft using an approved brief, service information and reusable content.

A document-processing workflow.

Extract useful information from incoming documents and route it to the right person or system.

A customer-enquiry assistant.

Help your team prepare clear answers to routine questions using approved information.

BUSINESS OUTCOMES IN CONTEXT

What practical progress could look like.

Professional services

A clearer starting point for every proposal.

The challenge

A team repeatedly assembles proposals from scattered documents, with senior colleagues checking service details and commitments.

A possible approach

An assistant could use approved service information and a structured brief to prepare a first draft and highlight missing details.

The intended outcome

A more consistent draft for the team to review, with less repeated searching and more attention on the customer’s requirements.

People remain accountable

A responsible colleague would check accuracy, pricing and commitments before a proposal is sent.

Distribution and operations

A more orderly route from document to decision.

The challenge

An operations team rekeys incoming order details and passes unclear documents between colleagues for clarification.

A possible approach

A controlled workflow could extract agreed fields, check required information and route exceptions to a review queue before an approved system update.

The intended outcome

A clearer handover and less duplicate entry, with uncertain information kept visible rather than silently passed downstream.

People remain accountable

Staff would resolve exceptions and approve consequential changes; system access and integration suitability would be assessed first.

Multi-site service business

Approved guidance, easier to find.

The challenge

Employees across locations ask the same operational questions and struggle to identify the latest version of internal guidance.

A possible approach

A knowledge assistant could search current, approved documents within each employee’s access permissions and provide source references.

The intended outcome

A more direct route to relevant guidance, helping employees check the source and recognise when they need a colleague’s judgement.

People remain accountable

Document owners would approve and maintain sources. Employees would verify consequential decisions and escalate unanswered questions.

For a real engagement, we would agree a baseline and evaluation criteria, then assess the pilot before any separate production decision.

OUR APPROACH

From the first conversation to confident deployment.

A structured, business-led process with clear decisions at every stage. We agree each next step with you, rather than rushing from an idea into production.

  1. Discovery call

We start with a conversation about your business, the challenge you want to solve and the people involved. Together, we identify a practical starting point and what a useful outcome would look like.

  2. Readiness review

We assess the information, systems and working practices the solution will depend on. This includes data quality, access permissions, security requirements and any preparation your team needs before work begins.

  3. Delivery plan

We agree a focused scope, responsibilities, indicative timings and costs. Success measures, human oversight and approval points are defined up front, so everyone understands what will be built and how it will be assessed.

  4. Build a pilot

We develop a bounded pilot using approved information and agreed integrations. Your team helps shape the workflow, while access controls, review steps and exception handling are built into the way it works.

  5. Evaluate and approve

We test representative tasks against the agreed quality, risk and business criteria, then review the evidence with you. Together, we decide whether to refine the pilot, stop, or agree a separate plan for production.

  6. Controlled deployment

Once approved, we release the solution through an agreed rollout, with user guidance, training and clear ownership. Monitoring, support arrangements and a rollback plan are confirmed before it becomes part of everyday work.

A successful pilot is not automatic approval for deployment. Production scope, controls, costs and ongoing support are agreed separately before launch.

LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVES

Clarity. Confidence. A practical way forward.

“A clear, practical approach to understanding where AI could make a meaningful difference.”

“The focus on responsible implementation and human oversight made complex decisions feel more manageable.”

“Thoughtful guidance that looks beyond the initial solution to adoption, ownership and ongoing improvement.”

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions. Straight answers.

Practical answers to help you consider your next step.

Where should we start with AI?

Start with a business problem, not a tool. Look for repeated tasks, hard-to-find information or decisions that need better evidence. SentriCore Ready helps assess opportunities and readiness before deciding what to build.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. We begin by understanding your existing tools and processes. Integration depends on available interfaces, permissions, security requirements and the suitability of each system; we assess these before recommending a solution.

What is the difference between an assistant and an agent?

An assistant usually helps someone find information or draft work. An agent can also take specific actions within defined boundaries. Both need clear limits; actions with meaningful consequences should have appropriate human approval.

How do you approach security and human oversight?

We define the information a solution may use, who may access it, what actions it can take and who is accountable. Controls, evaluation and approval steps are agreed for the use case. No AI system is perfectly accurate, and compliance depends on your wider obligations and implementation.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?

Yes. We can work with your existing IT provider and internal teams, agreeing responsibilities for access, infrastructure, security and support. The scope and working arrangements are established before delivery.

What happens after a pilot?

We review the evidence against the agreed criteria. You may choose to refine the pilot, stop, or consider production. A successful pilot is not automatic approval for deployment: production scope, controls, costs and ongoing support are agreed separately.
