Each user’s coworker has a dedicated cloud computer with its own browser, files and persistent memory. Employees set goals and review the work; SentriCore provides the agreed deployment, oversight and support.
Start with useful, bounded tasks such as meeting preparation, prospect research, draft follow-ups and summaries of changes in mail and Teams. Recurring requests can become named, scheduled routines, including a weekday briefing. Outputs still need appropriate checks before they are relied on.
Connected to the tools your team uses
8bot’s initial connections focus on Microsoft 365, including Outlook mail, calendar, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Connections require consent and are approved individually. We agree which connections and capabilities suit your team before setting up your workspace.
Connections start read-only. Sending email, changing meetings, posting in Teams or editing files requires separate app permissions and approval for each action. Planned connections are not included as available features, and access to other websites or tools is assessed separately.
Clear access boundaries and human oversight
Your 8bot works in a dedicated cloud workspace, with agreed access to the information and tools it needs. You stay in control of permissions and approvals, with clear arrangements for privacy, data handling and any support access.
We agree permitted information, app access, approval responsibilities and support boundaries with you. People remain responsible for decisions and checking outputs. 8bot safeguards do not automatically apply to every third-party or custom agent, and using the product is not a guarantee of accuracy or regulatory compliance.
