The service in detail

Practical AI skills. Built into the working day.

AI capability depends on people, not just technology. SentriCore Learn is a structured training and development service that helps colleagues understand what AI can do, where its limitations matter and how to apply approved tools to real work. The focus is useful, responsible practice rather than technical jargon or training AI models.

We bring together learning design, Zensai configuration and delivery support to create an AI learning programme around your organisation. Short learning modules, guided activities and agreed learning pathways give employees a manageable way to build capability, while managers can see participation and identify where further support is needed.

The platform: Zensai

Zensai, the platform previously known as Learn365, provides learning management within Microsoft 365, including learning experiences through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. It supports structured courses and learning pathways, assessments, completion tracking and reporting, helping bring training closer to the tools your people already use.

Depending on the selected edition and configuration, Zensai also offers AI-assisted course authoring, learner coaching, skills development and training administration capabilities. We assess which features are relevant to your programme rather than assuming every capability is included. Zensai supplies the learning technology; SentriCore designs, implements and supports the agreed client offering.

Training that reflects your people and their work

A foundation pathway can cover AI literacy, appropriate use, prompting, checking generated answers, recognising bias and handling business information safely. We align learning with your approved tools and internal policies, including when employees must seek approval or involve a person.

Role-based pathways can then address everyday tasks such as preparing first drafts, summarising information, researching with source checks and improving routine administration. Manager learning can focus on setting expectations, reviewing AI-assisted work and identifying suitable use cases. Microsoft Copilot training can be included where it is part of your approved toolset and the required licences are available. Exact modules, exercises and delivery formats are agreed with you.

What we deliver for your organisation

We begin with your business priorities, learner groups and current confidence levels. Together we define learning objectives, identify gaps and agree a proportionate programme. We review Microsoft 365 readiness, access requirements, content ownership and the Zensai capabilities needed for delivery.

We configure the agreed learning environment, organise approved materials into role-relevant pathways and establish enrolment, assessments, reminders and reporting where supported by your plan. Content may combine your existing guidance, agreed learning materials and separately licensed resources. Any AI-assisted course content is reviewed by an accountable person before publication. Administrator guidance and learner launch communications help your team take ownership.

From a focused pilot to an ongoing programme

A pilot with an agreed learner group tests the content, access and learning experience before wider rollout. Feedback and knowledge checks help us refine the programme and decide whether it is ready to expand. We agree responsibilities for learner support, content approval and reporting before launch.

Where ongoing support is included, we review participation, assessment results and learner feedback, then recommend updates as your tools and policies change. Refresher learning and new-starter pathways can help make AI skills development a continuing activity rather than a one-off session. The frequency of reviews, content updates and support is defined in your engagement.

Clearer evidence of learning, not just attendance

The intended outcomes are stronger AI understanding, more consistent use of approved tools and greater confidence in recognising when an answer needs checking. Agreed reporting gives learning owners visibility of enrolment, completion and assessment results, with practical exercises used to explore how learning transfers to work.

We agree a starting point and success measures with you. Course completion is not proof of competence, productivity gains or regulatory compliance, and results depend on participation, management support and opportunities to practise.

How Learn fits with the SentriCore service range

Learn provides a structured, repeatable AI learning programme and the platform to manage it. Enable focuses on deploying approved workplace AI tools and supporting their adoption in everyday workflows. The services can work together without requiring you to purchase both.

Ready can help establish priorities before a training programme is scoped. Guard can help define the policies and safeguards that training needs to reinforce. We recommend only the combination that addresses your organisation’s needs.

Scope, licensing and responsible delivery

Each proposal sets out the learner groups, modules, delivery format, implementation work, reporting, ongoing support and acceptance criteria. Zensai subscriptions, Microsoft licensing, third-party course libraries and instructor-led sessions are confirmed and costed explicitly where applicable; they are not automatically included.

We review permissions, learner-data handling, retention and any optional AI features with your responsible stakeholders. Content approval and legal or compliance decisions remain with accountable people in your organisation. A discovery conversation or demonstration is not a confirmed deployment, and no accreditation, certification outcome or implementation timescale is assumed.

Discuss your AI training needs

The exact scope, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria are agreed for each engagement. A pilot and a production deployment are separate decisions.
